This was challenging but probably one of my favorite jobs as a teacher. Because of the distance from home to work (about 1-1/2 hrs.), I applied at an urban school 20 minutes from my home. In order to prepare for this, I met with the professor prior, but often I was given freedom to design the lesson on my own.
