I have had 22 years total of tutoring experience, worked for six different supplemental educational services tutoring providers, worked for three different online tutoring companies, and have eleven years of experience as an ESL Teacher. I strive to include various learning styles when working with children. Some students learn best by listening or writing, while others need movement or tactile experiences to help in comprehension. I believe in keeping students engaged at all times, to minimize wasted time. Every child has potential. A Little Bit About Me...

I believe anyone can teach a subject, having enough knowledge of a subject allows one to pass it on. However, I feel what many teachers do not do is teach students how to learn. It is in my belief that teaching students to learn enables them to think independently allowing them to become more creative rather than repetitive. So not only do I teach students the subject, I teach them how to learn and apply it to every other subject.
