As a new graduate, I learned the most updated software and hardware compatible with the growth of IT industries. During the school year, I acquired a strong knowledge base through my course work and extensive experience at my jobs. Since January 2005, I worked at Bellevue Community College Bookstore and then at Minnesota State University in the bookstore as well as the IT department. During that time, I developed fundamental computer and managerial skills.
