I am a very patient and compassionate individual. I will always help a person capitalize on his or her academic strengths, while working patiently but dilligently to recognize his or her weaknesses. I am a 21 year-old senior attending UW-Milwaukee. I will be graduated in December 2012 with a BA in Literary and Critical Studies with a minor in Philosophy. I have not had any formal experience with tutoring but have always been someone who my friends and fellow students seek out to proof read their papers and to give suggestions or comments. I believe the best way for students to learn is by doing and discovering the material hands on as oppose to being lectured to. I like to instruct demonstrate the learning material to my students intially, but after that i prefer to have my students try the material themselves so they can see and understand what aspects of the material they dont understand.
