A Little Bit About Me...

As a teacher, classroom experiences have made me realize all students do not learn the same fashion. Some students are more aggressive and advanced but there are those who are silent and will not speak out about difficulties understanding competencies. I prefer not to embarrass those students but give them the opportunity to learn one-on-one. As a senior at Benedict College obtaining my B.S. in Biology, I have gained a better understanding of the study of biology as well as other science-related subjects and math. I have been a part of the Peer-Tutoring program at Benedict since I was a freshman and have tutored in the subject of Biology.
My main goal is not to tell a student they are wrong, but to tell them how they can make the answer correct.
