My teaching style is very much one of observation and tailoring lessons to fit the student best. I typically use one series of method books, but sometimes choose other repertoire outside of the curriculum in order to best teach the student in the area that they need. I have had students with Asperger's syndrome (a form of autism) and dyslexia.I have also taught all age groups, ranging from 4 years to 65 years. I have a degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and Statistics. I have 24 years of experience in software development for the U.S. Army. I have done ballistics calculations for nuclear warheads, geometry checks for rocket systems and developed the math procudures to do all the mathematical calculations within the systems developed.
