Learning is a process to enjoy not to suffer!

I have created a special but easy method to learn and teach Chinese and Japanese speaking languages. I have two years experience in teaching students in Tokyo, and proven to be very effective and efficient. I helped to student to master the complicated Chinese tone in just one lesson of 45 minutes. I helped to student to master the Japanese pronunciation system in two lessons. Language learning should not be a hard process, just image not matter who he/she is, he/she can speak his/her mother language well. I implemented and maintained custom code for a number of clients, and I performd lead programmer functions and mentor others. Every few months I conducted "lunch and learns" for programmers and analysts. During these sessions I would describe what code was doing in a particular module. This would help them with their implementations.
I like to first show a basic example of the problem, then show how the problem can be solved. I will then show another example that is a little more involved. After this, I let the person being mentored try solving a similar problem.
