Both my undergraduate and graduate collegiate experiences have given me ample knowledge and skills to draw from with regard to teaching and tutoring. The experience of doing it, however, gave me much more. While I was in graduate school at the University of Texas I tutored women athletes. My teaching career began immediately after I finished graduate school in Austin, Texas. I taught in Austin for a year at Virginia College and then took a teaching job at the Florida Keys Community College. I was a Speech Teacher.
