My experience in Title I schools has been very exciting and rewarding. I have been able to use my degree in English as a resource for reading and writing and saw great results as my students' skills and interest levels soared as each year progressed. My unique approach to reading which is to stimulate interest in subject areas in advance of presenting materials seems to work wonders for children with limited life experience. I have had some very good in service training in the area of math as well.
