I have 30 + years of experience with composition - legal writing, high school and college composition, MLA and APA formatting, legal citations, and the elements of creative writing. I recently received an M.Ed. and Literacy Certificate from my alma mater, Regis University, and I am eager to share all of the knowledge and experience I have gained with your students. My approach to both physics and math is very concept oriented. I try to combat the 'shut up and calculate' approach that students often encounter in their schooling. Rather than expecting my students to quickly memorize and regurgitate information they barely understand, I expect students to actively engage with the material and to develop their own unique approach to problem solving.
