I have been teaching at the Community College. I have students that range in age from 17 years old to 55 years old. I am enjoying teaching very much and would like to add to the teaching I do. I also taught for one year at the Tri City Christian Academy in Somersworth, NH. In that class I had students ranging in age from 11 years old to 18 years old. I have a BA in French from the University of Southern Maine. I am currently finishing my Master of Arts in Teaching French through the University of Maine. I have been a Mainstream Coach for the past 8 years as my daughter was entering middle/high school and I wanted to be on a school schedule for her. I have been teaching Special Needs students, modifying the curriculum and assisting with their transition into the mainstream. I learned to be patient, understanding and compassionate when dealing with a student’s learning style one-on-one.
