As far as teaching goes, I am mostly here to help the person with the way they write their papers, organization of paragraphs, spelling, whether or not the writing makes sense to the reader, and whether or not the reading understands what is written. I believe in being honest about my critiques to the person's writing and being a fair judge all to help the student improve his or her skills so they can become not just good but great at what they are doing. Careful reinforcement of the Correct method will ensure Remembrance and Results. Also, Lessons must be approached within the context of the Big Picture. Students need to realize that there are no pointless or forgettable sections. Basically, communication is key followed by practice, reinforcement, more practice. Learning can be at pace, but laziness and whining will not be tolerated.
