SAT Tutor with Specialized Curriculum

I have been tutoring high school students for a couple years with excellent results. My method of learning to take the SATs is very unique and has led to me using this system to score in the top 0.5% of all test takers. Anyone can learn to excel on this important test but most people go about it the wrong way. I am currently a sophomore in the college of engineering at Cornell University and have a great deal of experience in mathematics and science.

Hands-off when required to allow for personal attack of problems --- hands-on when needed to aid students who have reached a block or stumbling point.

Over 20 years in metallurgical sciences and mechanical engineering (gas turbine system specialties) during career. A Little Bit About Me...

My broad-based educational background gives me a firm foundation for interacting with students on a variety of levels. I have taught both French and Mathematics at the college level, have tutored Math, Physics and Chemistry at the college level, and have substituted in high schools and junior highs as well. As a research mathematician with GE, I have explained mathematical concepts to adults with a wide range of backgrounds.
