I am happily retired at a relatively young age and am seeking an outlet for my skills and abilities that can benefit others. My greatest joy is spending time with our 6 grandchildren, as I have always liked kids. I have trained employees in both manual labor and on-the-job customer service and sales. In addition, I was responsible for coordinating training programs for in plant positions like hi-lo driving and safety as well as Adult Education (Speed Reading, English as a Second Language, etc.). I have 20+ years experience in the computer field and I had a 3.0 average in general studies. I have a BS in computer science and an AAS in microcomputer technology. Most of my education was self taught beyond high school. I've also tutored and mentored school age children for approximately four years when in college.
