My comments on tutoring Percussion : Beginning / intermediate percussion including drums, marimba, etc.

I am supportive, creative, gracious, understanding, but also clear with expectations and goals. I am well-versed in the most effective and enjoyable strategies for learning and retaining.
I have three years experience teaching in the best language schools in the world, including Berlitz International, CNA Language Schools, Brazil, and TAG IDIOMA, Brazil. I have experience as a private tutor, but also as a classroom teacher and an instructor trainer. I am fully fluent in English, Portuguese, Italian, and Swedish. ALSO... I am musically fluent in many instruments, I teach and undertand music theory, but I also can teach sight-reading and improvisational styles. I am particularly good with beginning students.

I really do not have a teaching style yet. A one on one setting is what I am used to. I am open to different teaching techniques depending on the help the child requires. The internet is available and has many different techniques to learning different subjects I can research as I see fit.
I have just received my BA in E-Business management with a minor in Criminal Justice. I am beginning my Masters in Criminal Justice in March and will continue to a Dr. in the same field when possible. My teaching style is one that is more interactive than instructional. I continue to be amazed while I observe the thought process and problem solving techniques, of the many different and varying individuals and personalities.
