As a graduate of a 'Public Ivy' institution, I have had a very well-rounded and intensive education. I earned two degrees from IU: a BA in Spanish and a BS in Biology and Chemistry. I have taken education classes at Northern Kentucky University. At one point, I was considering on being a Art Teacher. I didn't finish with that path, but I did gain much experience with children and knowledge during that time in working with students. I have worked and studied special needs children as well. I still consider going back for a Master's at some point in education. I think this job would be beneficial in my goals, and for my students, and a great learning experience for us both. I then write a prescription of study with the student that include several objectives and a timeline to achieve these goals.
