o I improved Italian government agency for foreign trade's online reputation making sure my office web site would supply visitors with a pleasant, useful and impressive experience. o I realized a centralized company database and mailing list for needs of the whole office ensuring a better knowledge of businesses and productions in our territory (South Italian regions Apulia and Basilicata) and a more efficient communication with companies (INCREASED NUMBER OF INCLUDED COMPANIES BY 60%) o I increased the efficiency of IT management with a day by day on the job experience, troubleshooting new and current problem and learning how to prevent them from repeating, so SLASHING HELP DESK SUPPORT COST (every time we called out our help desk we were charged for € 50).

I believe that I have the perfect combination of patience and teaching style to allow any child to learn Spanish, in any form (speaking, writing, reading, etc.). I have tutored students in writing and sociology and have felt a great sense of accomplishment and fulfillment when I see my students succeed.
When I graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance, OH, my professors left me with the knowledge and the drive to succeed in all future endeavors. A Little Bit About Me...

In January of 2008, I was hired to work at the University of Akron – Wayne College Learning Center as a peer tutor. We are responsible for helping students that come in seeking tutoring (including test preparation and homework help). Over the past two plus years, I have tutored students in mathematics (college level basic math 1 through calculus one) and chemistry. Over the past three and a half years, I have been working towards a degree in Chemical Engineering so I have familiarity with math through multivariable calculus (called Calculus three on our campus) as well as differential equations and chemistry: inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, and organic chemistry.

I find that students benefit greatly by becoming active participants in the teaching process. I try to develop a curriculum that students help determine, and create lessons that center around topics that interest the students and apply to their lives in a real and practical manner. I try to begin a dialogue with students whenever possible, but also try to know when students would benefit more from direct instruction from their teacher.
