I believe in Minimalism. I tutor Math from the point of view that the shortest path is the best path but everyone learns differently and finding the right method for my students is one of my main goals when tutoring. I teach students multiple ways to solve a particular problems and they get to decide which method works best for them, hopefully its the simplest method. Public School class rooms have 30 plus students and only one instructor. The low instructor to student ratio makes it difficult for more then one method to be taught leaving some students behind. My comments on tutoring Trigonometry : This course I took at Diablo Valley College, and did well in with above average grades. I loved using all of the formulas,unit circle,and graphs to solve the trigonometric problems.

I am currently a school-age teacher at an afterschool child development program. I have my 12 E.C.E units to teach in such an afterschool program as a teacher. My comments on tutoring Trigonometry : Please provide details on current trigonometry topic wanting to be tutored in. eg: inverse trig ratios. This will able me to prepare and better assist you.

I am very proficient with teaching my students to understand rather than just finish the activity or problem. I pay very close attention to the learning style of my students. I make sure they are focusing and learning rather than copying my teachings.
