I was always driven to teach children because I like to see their eyes when they finally get what they are learning. I have learned a BA in elementary education at Ashford University. During my time as a tutor, I have taught reading and math for elementary and high school.

A Little Bit About Me...

Being from the area and having worked in education my entire career, I have a good understanding of the needs of today's student. I currently work at a local University where I see firsthand the struggle underprepared students face. I am an experienced educator having taught every grade level from preK through college.
My style of teaching is adaptive for each individual student when possible. Each student has their own way of learning and it is my job to adjust to that. I try to meet the student where they are right now and devise a plan to fit what they want to do and accomplish the goals that they set.
