Private and group lessons- Beginner Level Dance!

No matter the technique, I always start with a thorough warm up. I begin with relaxing exercises and lead into more rigorous and conditioning exercises. I then move on to teaching and reviewing the technique. I always make sure the client has a basic understanding of the form before moving onto more advance movement. I end with repertory/choreography to further develop the clients understanding of the movement and implement their findings into practical means. I have experience working with students from Kindergarten through adult education. My earliest teaching experience was with primary grade children (K-2) in an inner-city school district. I taught basic skills to incarcerated men in a NJ Correctional Facility. I have experience working with first generation college students in need of remedial coursework before advancing to college level courses.
