I have been a tutor for last 5 years which I have been teaching biology for middle and high school student. I have been successful by following two policies. I will overcome the challenges together with the student. 1. Communicate well to find out exact what concept is not understood in his/her class. Then, explain one by one using the most simple example as much as possible. 2. Focus on the very basic and essential concept first using the textbook what the student actually using in the class.
