I will be having you do questions and answers and explain the concepts and techniques involved with breaking down each question this way if its a lack in knowledge of the concept i will be able to identify and explain if its a lack in technique to understand the question and know what its asking and how to answer it then I will be able to identify that and explain it. I have found this to be the most effective and efficient way. I draw on a variety of teaching experiences that contribute to my success with students. My most recent position was teaching all subjects to grades K-4 in a self-contained classroom. We had a family atmosphere with an open door policy where parents could visit and talk with me before and after school any day of the week.
