Hearing Impaired is one of my top subjects! I am a certified Hearing Itinerant Teacher with 3 years of teaching experience.

I taught for 3 years as a Hearing Itinerant Teacher in Illinois. My students ranged from Kindergarten to 3rd grade. I also taught for 1 year as a Special Education teacher in New Jersey. I taught 7th and 8th grade math. I have recently moved to Ohio and have received an Ohio Intervention Specialist and Hearing Itinerant Teaching License. My studies at Illinois State allow me to be highly qualified in Language Arts. I have also passed the Middle School Math Praxis test which makes me highly qualified in middle school math. I also have experience through camps and work as an ABA Therapist (Applied Behavior Analysis) with people who have autism, cerebral palsy, ADHD, MR, and ED.

I have taught preschool special education, deaf education/hearing impairment K-5th grade and K/first grade. My passion is reading and literacy skills which I implement with my school age children with hearing impairment. I am licensed in prek/K-12 special ed, prek- 8th grade, reading and hearing impairment. My speech and language license is pending.
