My comments on tutoring Elementary : I love working with this age child.

I have taught for seven years in various levels of special Ed. I have also worked in 5th grade for two years and two years in kindergarten.I have wanted to work as a teacher since I was young playing school with my brothers. I want to help shape the minds of our future leaders. I believe that I am the best teacher around because I think about the child's needs first before my opinion on what should be taught.

A Little Bit About Me...

My emphasis is class discussion. I engage students to participate in class and in small group projects. I offer one on one tutoring outside of class I orchestrate mentoring to enable those who have a command of the material to offer support to those who may need additonal guidance outside of class. My role is to share my knowledge and always be willing to learn new teaching strategies. I work well with peers to improve teaching techniques and share ideas.
