I have been an educator for almost 20 years. I began my teaching career as a substitute teacher and immediately fell in love with teaching children with special needs. Desiring to continue to teach, I finished a Master's degree which gave me the endorsements to teach K-12 children with special needs. Since then, I have taught reading and mathematics to both children with special needs and regular education children at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. I love teaching. Whenever a friend needed help, I was always there to help them out with their school work. I am a good tutor and I'm patient and considerate. My goal is always to make sure that they understand the subject rather than just having them complete homework. I have earned a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and working on my Master's degree in Engineering Management. While at Paine College I took variety of science classes including organic chemistry, atmospheric science, and cell biology. Since graduating, I have spent two years as a high school math teacher. I have also tooken graduate work in mathematic and math education. For the past eight years I have also work or volunteered as a personal math tutor.
