Teaching is so rewarding, there's nothing better than helping someone understand something they have struggled with in the past. I am a very patient person who loves to work with people. I also enjoy helping people overcome challenges. For example: when I worked at the accounting office my specialty was dealing with clients who had or have issues with the IRS. I use the same method that I used on my son to achieve; we sit down, isolated, and concentrate on just what the problems are and how to achieve the end results. No messing around. I am not strict but I believe in having the child focus on just what the subject matter is. I had one student who I took from a 34 in Algbra to a 95 in one month but it took devotion from him and I. It was about 2 weeks in the session before he realized just how important his education was and then he took off, it was like a new person. I love children and believe that everyone of them can be academically successful. All children, in my eyes, are precious, and deserve a chance in life to achieve.
