My comments on tutoring Language Arts : I teach language arts every day as a certified teacher with DeKalb County Schools. My current position is as a Kindergarten ESOL teacher; however, I have taught upper grades as well.

I have extensive experience both locally and abroad teaching ESL. I taught in Korea for two years before working at a local ESL school. Within these two positions, I taught ages 5 through adult. Seven years ago, I became a certified teacher in Georgia and have been teaching ESOL in public schools since then. I have published about a dozen poems and one short story. Currently, I am working on my third novel and am looking for an agent. My forte as a teacher is discovering what a student is trying to convey in his/her writing.
