I am currently a high school senior, I have made good grades in all of my classes, my GPA is 3.0. I tutor my brother and some of his friends, I take concurrent college classes and am enrolled in my 2nd year of Indian Capitol Technology Center. I have worked with students from the age of 7 to the age of 15, from elementary English to Algebra 2, I have made it so the student can understand the concepts they are learning in school. I am very adaptive to students learning style. I usually spend the first ten minutes of our first meeting figuring out what the student is struggling with and how to best meet their needs. I try to teach students more how to think analytical more so then just solving problems because it is more beneficial to the student. I feel that if I can teach the student how to read theorems, understand concepts, then problems just become easy at that point. I started tutoring part time in 2004 and have continued this throughout college. I worked as a math tutor for tulsa community college part time during the summer.
