A Little Bit About Me...

I have both a bachelors degree and masters degree in business administration/management. Both of these degrees have given me a high level of knowledge in many areas such as finance, accounting, math in general, writing, and presentations/projects. I have always been an extremely sharp student excelling in most any course I have taken. I could tutor any of the k-12 age groups, and probably many college level students (depending on the course). I have experience in training others through my work as a service coordinator and a supervisor at a fortune 500 company.

A Little Bit About Me...

I graduated magna cum laude from FSU in 2003 as a returning student. I spent my first year of teaching out of field teaching Language Arts 6-12. I sat for and passed the FDOE state exam for Language Arts 6-12. I have spent the last five years teaching social science education 8th grade American history. The current 2009-10 school year I am teaching 11th grade American history, government and economics (12th). I love to teach and love helping students become successful. I graduated from University Of Phoenix in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. I then went to the Educator Prepardness Institute (EPI) through Gulf Coast Community College which helped me achieve my Florida State Educator Certification in 2008. I was a paraprofessional/substitute for 3 school years. I helped with lesson plans, delivering the lesson, and working with students one on one to ensure that their individual learning needs were met. I also worked with students who were below grade level to help them try to get where they belonged. I am currently a case manager where I assist adults with the same type of training and one on one experience.
