I graduated from University Of Phoenix in 2007 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. I then went to the Educator Prepardness Institute (EPI) through Gulf Coast Community College which helped me achieve my Florida State Educator Certification in 2008. I was a paraprofessional/substitute for 3 school years. I helped with lesson plans, delivering the lesson, and working with students one on one to ensure that their individual learning needs were met. For example, some people may learn through discussion, while others may need to see pictures or presentations of the subject matter. I like to identify how the person learns first through questions, or by testing them with a simple task first to identify the method which seems to work best for them.
