By working with elementary students I have exhibited that I am capable of vast patience, so I am willing to work as long as the student would require. I teach every student different, so my initial goal would be to learn about the student and find out their favorite methods of instruction. Currently a student pursuing a Master's in Accounting and my CPA. I am a double major in Business Administration and Accounting from Transylvania University. I have worked with elementary aged students since I was about 16 years old and I have now progressed into tutoring high school and college students.

I first want to start out by saying that I have a passion for what I do. I have over seven years of experience as a tutor and mentor and it has been a very rewarding experience. I am currently a Secondary/Special Education Graduate student and am enjoying the process of learning more about the field. I received a BBA in Accounting and History in 2009, so I also have a background in Business. I will always be glad and willing to tutor in any class dealing with Business as well. I consider myself a very patient tutor, which I think is essential to the process. That said, I usually offer the student a few options in which to learn the material. I then let them decide which option makes the most sense to them. I believe Education and learning is a very personal process, which is why it should be tailored to each individual differently. *I am available to help with homeschooling students.

I also am adept at teaching Public Speaking and Computer software including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Access as well as teaching beginners on how to learn basic computer skills.

I have a vast amount of background in Business. I have operated my own business for the past 40 years with reasonable success.
