My comments on tutoring Elementary Phonics : I am expert in all the elementary areas because I spent so many years as an elementary teacher and school counselor. That was my primary placement although I worked with high school, college and adult students also.

After receiving my BA in English Literature I began to pursue a teaching certificate at Portland State University.
