I am a mother of 3 wonderful daughters, my oldest daughter studied Wholistic Medicine and practices in the New York area. My middle child, succesfully completed studies in the nursing field; and my youngest daughter is currently a senior in high school. My comments on tutoring Elementary Math : I have excelled in math since a very early age. I also love to and am very good at working with children. I am patient, and understand how to explain concepts so they can better relate to the math even though it may seem arbitrary.

Teaching new concepts, practice applying the new material, review, and more practice of the material to solidify the concepts.
I have helped my classmates and have had one official student as of this summer. However, I have learned how to explain concepts so that students dont just memorize, they will gain a thought process and applicable knowledge that will enable them to solve even the most complex problems. Having this mentality of preparation and success will being them to reach their goals.
