I believe teaching style is dictated by the student. I have noticed that some take to hands on training better or repeating of the process till it is learned. I like to teach a subject and have the student repeat it back to me when I am done to make sure they have learned anything from what I have just said. I am a graduate student at ASU studying Education Administration. I have experience working with students of all ages 5-17.
