My comments on tutoring Study Skills : As an Educator in the school system, I teach my students how to properly study to gain the best results from their subject matter.

As a Paraprofessional-Educator, I enjoy working with children in the areas of reading. They come to me struggling and in need of more assistance that I feel I can provide. Many times there were some left behind in the process who did not firmly grasp the concepts being taught. In high school, I was the typical overachiever. I played varsity baseball, led many school organizations, and was at the top of my class. School, especially math subjects, came easy to me, but that is not the case with everyone. Therefore, I wanted to find a way to help students in these areas.
