I have a resource room and lesson plans for each group of students seperated by subject. I help them with Math, time management and note taking. During my undergraduate studies, I was involved in various tutoring/mentoring organizations on campus. I served as a mentor for local area children ages 8-14 as part of an after-school "big buddy" program. During my junior and senior years, I tutored newer students in math, science, and engineering courses. Throughout high school and college, I have tutored peers and younger students in both math and physics several times, occasionally for pay. Last year I was a course assistant for a college freshman-year math course in theoretical math at Harvard University. I am enrolling in a PhD program in pure math at the University of Texas, Austin, where I will have a 16-hour-per week teaching load including three sections of undergraduate calculus.
