I have been a public school teacher for eighteen years. I have taught in both Arkansas and Texas. I have taught English, Gifted and Talented English classes, Gifted and Talented seminar classes. Upon graduation from college, I taught 7th grade English for two years, then Gifted & Talented grades 4-6. I left the field of teaching for marriage and babies. My husband was in the military, so we moved quite often. I homeschooled our two children for most of their elementary years. After that I taught 7th grade Algebra at a private school.
