My experience as a tutor has made me realize how much I enjoy tutoring. Science is my passion and I like sharing the knowledge that I have with those who need a little bit more help in. I feel that as I teach in my own style, I can better explain and help students see the topics/ideas in a different way, as I see it, to help them understand it and apply it better. This allowed me a great deal of hands on experience in applying mathematical and scientific principles in gathering data and doing statistical regressions. I have also worked as tutor independently for about the last 5 years, primarily in math and science for high school and college student. i have also helped with test prep for sat and ASVAB.
No two people are alike, so my teaching style is to find out what a person's style of understanding is, and to frame my teaching around that.
