My teaching style is one that is student centered. When I first meet a child, my priority becomes to learn what teaching style best fits them. I do this through the use of Howard Gardener's Multiple Intelligences. I hold high expectations for all students and reward effort. I am strict, but also fair and kind. If you are not willing to learn the material, I cannot help you. I will ask questions about your personal learning preferences before we begin(auditory, visual, hands-on, etc.). Lesson-planning will be made according to how you want to learn whether or not it is reinforcement or new material.

I graduated from one of the top ranked schools in the nation for education, Miami University (Ohio). I earned my bachelor's degree there. I finally had decided that teaching was not for me because I wanted more of an office setting job so i decided to major in business management.
