I am a person that is very dedicated to whatever it is that I have to do. I like people to be able to understand and feel confident with what they are learning. I find different strategies and different ways to make people understand the language and whether it is learning how to say the word or writing it; I have many methods for students so that it can be fun and easy for them. I have volunteered in the Clark Shawnee School System for past 3 years tutoring/mentoring kids with learning disabilities in reading skills. Last school year I was hired as a paid tutor in the school system tutoring a Chinese child (ESL student) in grammar/vocabulary/reading/spelling. This year I will be assisting with math as well.
