If you are not willing to learn the material, I cannot help you. I will ask questions about your personal learning preferences before we begin(auditory, visual, hands-on, etc.). Lesson-planning will be made according to how you want to learn whether or not it is reinforcement or new material.
I have had a lot of past experience when it comes to tutoring. I have tutored many people of various ages from children all the way to college students, relatively. A Little Bit About Me...

I have been tutoring and teaching children since high school in my Teacher's Academy class at Lakota East High School. I then went on to study Education at the University of Dayton and graduated in May of 2013 with a degree and teaching lisence. In the fall I will be employed with Dayton Public Schools. I have had experience with both elementary school children and middle school children both in and outside of the classroom. I did my student teaching in a 7th grade Social Studies classroom. Nothing is better than seeing a huge smile on a child's face once they cath on to something. I love helping children learn by doing a lot of visual activities and practicing! I was always the only person who could help my younger sister study for tests because she said my teaching techinique is very helpful and makes her remember things.
