A Little Bit About Me...

I love to incorporate a mix of slideshows and demonstratios in my teaching. I will begin the class with a quick icebreaker to initiate a conversation with my student. Following that, there will be a quick recap on the previous week's lesson, along with a 5 minute exercise. Next, the main objective of the current week will be covered. Following that, multiple demonstrations will be given, along with exercises for the student to practice themselves. Finally, a quick homework activity will be assigned to the student.

My first job at age 15 was working in a computer assistance program which helped children and adults with severe disabilities become proficient with computer technology. Later I was promoted to both train new hires and outreach students, as well as manage and train fellow employees in the technology used in the workplace. In University I helped tutor lower division students in the Physics curriculum through the University tutoring program.
