I have used various teaching methods as I encounter each child's learning ability. I am willing to learn and try new things, as I have realized that there are always new methods of learning. I am patient, professional, considerate, and understanding. My goal when working with children is to make them feel confident in their attempts. Failures are a learning experience that help lead to great accomplishments when given alternatives for change and improvement. I want to be a positive inspiration in how they learn.
