I have been in many tutoring sessions myself helping wise and observation wise, because I've been wanting to tutor for a while now. I have been on high and regular honor role many times. I have had 22 years total of tutoring experience, worked for six different supplemental educational services tutoring providers, worked for three different online tutoring companies, and have eleven years of experience as an ESL Teacher. My comments on tutoring Dyslexia : I enjoy working with students with dyslexia. I have found that all students are gifted regardless of any special needs, and students with dyslexia are no exception. These kids need help with study skills, work habits, fine motor skills, organization, and social skills, as well as interest/career direction and testing.I have worked with curriculum such as Touch Math, Step Up to Writing, Explode the Code, Saxon Phonics, Dolch, and Handwriting Without Tears. Using these and other curriculums, I have had great success with these gifted students.

I was taught at a early age to be the best I possibly could. I was taught to do my best. That has stuck with me all the way through college. I have earned a BS degree in Communication which has given me a knowledge of how to write effectively. I took an editing course which focused on the fundamentals of writing along with correct editing skills.
