The style of teaching that I use is experience. I believe that people learn best when they work through and actually practice the issues. For example, in mathematics I believe it is very important to practice math problems. Not to memorize the answers but the memorize the formula for working through a problem. When they are working through the problems I try and answer any questions that they may have, so that they develop speed and accuracy, that way when a test comes they are fully equipped with the skills they need to get a good grade in a relatively quick manor. While in college, I took numerous creative writing classes that utilized workshop and group editing techniques.
