Since my earliest childhood memories, I have been fascinated and intrigued by languages and cultures. Following my passion, I chose my majors in high-school to be English and French, engaging as much as possible in their cultures (e.g. exchange programs, penfriends, courses abroad). A Little Bit About Me...

Because I had such a hard time learning and focusing in a regimented, institutional-type learning setting in school, and yet was a brilliant child, I teach extremely well in a relational more relaxed approach. Rather than "shove information down throats" I am interested in each individual, and to get to know their personality and learning style. I have found that when there is relationship and trust between the mentor and the student, not only does the student learn the information more effectively, but as the mentor, I am able to teach and speak more clearly.
