From elementary school to college I have loved education and learning which has been exemplified by my gifted and honors status. I have earned a bachelors degree in Environmental Science, which has strengthened me in the areas of math and science. I also have a balanced knowledge of writing skills from writing countless research papers, laboratory reports, and essays. During the last four years I have worked as an Environmental Scientist.
I love teaching and working with all children. My style incorporates exercise kinesiology, developmentally appropriate materials and hands-on learning activities that are meaningful. I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's in Economic Theory and Theater Production. Currently, I am finishing my Masters in Education. In addition, I have a New Mexico teacher's license and am "highly qualified" by the State in Math. I first began tutoring, especially math, in high school and have continued to do so over the years.
