I got my BA in French in China. During my 4 years studies in French I served lots of exhibitions as interpreter and taught lots of French basic Chinese. I enjoy helping others learn. It is a compliment when someone asks for your help. After tutoring and substitute teaching for about 2 years, I have learned that students comprehend material in many different ways. I enjoy accounting and teaching it to others who may not enjoy it as much as I do. I find that helping people understand why they are doing the debits and credits, helps them to make the correct entries. I am a very patient, encouraging, individual who will try more than one approach as not everybody learns the same way.
I began my interest in accounting in HS and continued on with a BS with a major in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. I obtained my CPA and work in an industry teaching accounting proceedures and software. I also have a child with a learning disability that I work with on a daily basis.
