I hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, while obtaining my degree I worked full time it the accounting field. I feel this helped me relate the working world to what I was learning in the class room. I have 13 years Accounting experience, this has included supervising accounting, being a member of software implementation teams which tested accounting processes and trained employees. A Little Bit About Me...

I enjoy accounting and teaching it to others who may not enjoy it as much as I do. I find that helping people understand why they are doing the debits and credits, helps them to make the correct entries. I am a very patient, encouraging, individual who will try more than one approach as not everybody learns the same way.
I began my interest in accounting in HS and continued on with a BS with a major in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science. I obtained my CPA and work in an industry teaching accounting proceedures and software. I also have a child with a learning disability that I work with on a daily basis.
