As a recent college graduate, I was motivated to study Physics because I find the fundamental nature of the physical world fascinating. When I wasn’t in class I spent nearly 3 years doing particle physics research for CERN’s Large Hadron Collider, which I would work at in Geneva Switzerland during the summer.
